Your Votes Could Bring Us $10,000!...

KSBY and PG&E recently launched the first-ever Your Favorite Charity contest. The 123 nominations have been narrowed down to a Top 22 list, and the Friends of the Atascadero Library are on the list! We have a chance to win $10,000 for supporting our library. We need everyone to start voting on Monday, July 21, and continue to vote one time per day until Friday, August 1. Be careful not to vote more than one time per day per IP address. Usually all devices at home will share an IP address. So, only vote from one device at home per day. To vote, click here.

Our new Atascadero Library is here!...

Decades of dreaming, years of planning and fundraising, months of construction . . . and now a marvelous new home for our library's great collection and stimulating programs. Honoring the generosity of major donors, the new much larger building features the Alice Creasy Rew Bookstore, Hind Foundation Adult Library, Gordon and Beatrice Davis Children's Library, Creasy Family Technology Center, Martin Polin Community Room, Eileen and Dan O'Grady Conference Room, and the Sarah Gronstrand and E. L. and Louise Creasy Study Rooms. So many wish list items are now reality. And, as if that were not enough to be excited about, new extended hours include Mondays and all weekdays until 7pm!

If you have not yet visited the newest gem of Atascadero's downtown, head for 6555 Capistrano Avenue tomorrow!
